Dear Cathedral Family,
As we enter the final week of Lent before Holy Week, we are gearing up for a full spring. You should have received through the mail our Holy Week and Easter schedule. Please join us for our many Holy Week Masses and solemn celebrations with Archbishop Lori.
Cathedral Concert Series
On Friday, March 31st at 7:00 PM, the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen is privileged to host the World Premier of Steve Warner’s setting of the Good Friday Passion of our Lord according to John, accompanied by harp in the Celtic tradition. Steve Warner, composer of over 100 works in hymnals around the world and founder of the Notre Dame Folk Choir, will conduct. The Passion will be followed by a brief concert by our own Cathedral Schola. Please join us for this world-premier event.
Spring Faith & Science Cathedral Colloquium
The Cathedral Colloquium is a forum for parishioners of the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen to speak from their areas of professional and/or academic expertise on a common topic of interest to the Archdiocese and community at large. We will offer another series of four presentations on the harmony between faith and science from the perspectives of astronomy, environmental health, theology, and medicine. Please save the following upcoming dates to join us in the parish center at 7:00 PM for these interesting talks: April 17 & 24 and May 1 & 8.

Each year, the School of the Cathedral hosts the Cardinal Cup run and walk in partnership with Mother Seton Academy (MSA). Net proceeds and 100% of sponsorship donations go directly to MSA.
Annual Cathedral Ball
The Shaken, Not Stirred Cathedral Ball will be held on Saturday, May 6th at Rye Street Tavern. Tickets will go on sale soon, but the School would love the support of our community in the form of sponsorships. This annual fundraiser makes it possible to do many good things in our school, and the Cathedral Ball committee would love the support of the entire Cathedral community.
May God bless you.
